These Terms of Use apply to your use of Motion Marker and related websites. By downloading, accessing, or using Motion Marker, you agree to these Terms.
Motion Marker is provided as a video analysis and visual feedback tool. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
Motion Marker Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple’s App Store.
Pricing may vary by region and storefront. Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds according to Apple’s terms and policies.
Motion Marker may offer a combination of free features and Pro features. We may change, add, remove, or limit features at any time to improve the app, comply with legal requirements, or support service operations.
Motion Marker, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, is owned by Studio Einak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain responsibility for the content you use with Motion Marker, including imported videos, annotations, exports, and shared materials. You represent that you have the right to use such content.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Motion Marker at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Motion Marker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Einak will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of Motion Marker.
You may stop using Motion Marker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country or region.

本利用規約は、Motion Marker および関連ウェブサイトのご利用に適用されます。アプリのダウンロード、アクセス、または使用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
Motion Marker は動画分析・視覚的フィードバックツールです。適用される法令および本規約に従ってのみご使用ください。
Motion Marker Pro は、Apple App Store を通じた自動更新サブスクリプションとして提供される場合があります。
料金は地域・ストアフロントによって異なる場合があります。課金・更新・返金はすべて Apple の規約およびポリシーに従って処理されます。
Motion Marker は無料機能と Pro 機能を組み合わせて提供する場合があります。アプリの改善、法的要件への対応、またはサービス運営上の理由から、機能の追加・変更・削除・制限を行うことがあります。
Motion Marker のソフトウェア、デザイン、ブランド、テキスト、グラフィックおよび関連素材に関する知的財産権は、Studio Einak またはそのライセンサーに帰属し、適用される法令によって保護されます。
本規約により、いかなる所有権もユーザーに移転するものではありません。
Motion Marker で使用するコンテンツ（読み込んだ動画・注釈・書き出しデータ・共有素材等）の責任はユーザー本人が負います。当該コンテンツを使用する権利を有することを表明するものとします。
当方は、Motion Marker の全部または一部を随時更新・変更・一時停止・終了することがあります。アプリが常に利用可能であること、中断なく稼働すること、安全であること、またはエラーがないことを保証するものではありません。
Motion Marker は、法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、「現状のまま（as is）」「利用可能な状態で（as available）」提供されます。当方は、商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性、正確性または可用性に関する保証を含む、明示または黙示のいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの使用によって生じた損害（動画データの消失、機会損失、その他直接・間接を問わず）について、当方は責任を負いません。
法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、Studio Einak は、Motion Marker の使用またはそれに関連して生じた間接的・付随的・特別・派生的・懲罰的損害、またはデータ・利益・収益・事業・のれんの損失について、一切の責任を負いません。
ユーザーはいつでも Motion Marker の使用を停止できます。当方は、サービスの保護、法令遵守、または不正利用への対応などの合理的な理由がある場合、アクセスを一時停止または終了することがあります。
本規約は、お住まいの国または地域の消費者保護法に別段の定めがある場合を除き、日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。
